We are an international employment service company. We train and provide our personnel who meet a high standard of a typical Japanese workforce. Besides skill and self discipline training, we provide Japanese lessons to all trainees before they are starting to experience a genuine work in Japan.

私たちは国際的な人材紹介サービスを提供している会社です。日本人従業員の高い基準に合った人材を育成・紹介するために、研修を行っています。技術や自己規律のトレーニングに加えて、すべての研修生に対して日本での実際の就労体験を始める前に、日本語の授業も提供しています。

WHY CHOOSE US ?

The applicants will receive Japanese language training for approximately 4 months, studying from Monday to Saturday (over 600 hours of instruction). The curriculum includes speaking, listening, and writing skills, and both Thai and Japanese teachers will be involved in the training.

応募者は約4か月間にわたって日本語の研修を受けます。月曜日から土曜日までの授業で、合計600時間以上の学習時間になります。研修内容には、会話、リスニング、作文のスキルが含まれ、タイ人教師と日本人教師の両方が指導にあたります。

In addition, the applicants will be educated on important rules, regulations, and cultural aspects of Japan, enabling them to apply this knowledge in daily life and adapt smoothly to living in Japan.

さらに、応募者には日本の重要な規則や文化についても指導が行われ、日常生活に応用し、日本で円滑に生活できるようにするための適応力を養います。

We maintain continuous communication and coordination with the interns working in Japan and the supervising organizations throughout the duration of the employment contract. This ensures smooth operations for the interns and a harmonious working environment under the employer’s company.

日本で勤務する技能実習生および監理団体と、雇用契約期間中を通して継続的に連絡・調整を行っています。これにより、実習生の業務が円滑に進み、受け入れ企業内での職場環境が良好に保たれるよう努めています。
